Hussein Makke is the Founder and Director of Elite Sports Marketing & Management (ESMM), bringing decades of experience across elite competition, coaching, and athlete representation. A former Olympian, Hussein represented Lebanon in the 400m and 800m at the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games and competed at the World Championships and World University Games. During his competitive career, he was sponsored by Reebok from 1990 to 1995.

Following his transition from competition, Hussein moved into elite-level coaching before founding ESMM. For more than two decades, he has worked closely with athletes across the globe, guiding careers at the highest levels of international sport. Hussein is a World Athletics Authorized Athlete Representative and a member of the Association of Athletics Managers, and he continues to lead ESMM with an athlete-first philosophy grounded in trust, experience, and long-term career development.

Kimberly Makke brings decades of experience as both an elite athlete and sports professional to her role as Associate Director at Elite Sports Marketing & Management (ESMM). A former NCAA Champion in the10,000 meters at George Mason University, Kimberly qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials in 1992 and later in the marathon in 2004, and earned two U.S. National Team selections, representing the United States internationally.

At ESMM, Kimberly plays a key leadership role overseeing financial operations and supporting the long-term development of athletes across the roster. Inducted into the Chester County Hall of Fame, she combines high-performance experience with operational expertise to help guide athletes’ careers with clarity, care, and a long-term perspective.

Christopher Gooding serves as Athlete Relations Manager at Elite Sports Marketing & Management (ESMM), where he plays a central role in supporting athletes and managing day-to-day communication across the global athletics ecosystem. After joining ESMM as an intern while competing on scholarship in American football at West Chester University, Christopher transitioned into a full-time role and has been an integral part of the organization ever since.

With a background in Marketing and Business Administration, Christopher works closely with athletes, coaches, event organizers, and brand partners to ensure clear communication, strong relationships, and seamless coordination throughout the competitive season. He is a World Athletics Authorized Athlete Representative, licensed by USATF, and a member of the Association of Athletics Managers (AAM).

Tom Farrell brings a rare combination of elite athletic experience and business expertise to his role as Athlete Representative at Elite Sports Marketing & Management (ESMM). Originally from the UK, Tom earned a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Oklahoma State University, where he was a standout on the track and cross-country teams, helping secure two NCAA Cross Country Team Titles and earning six All-American honors.

Following his collegiate career, Tom signed with Nike and joined the Oregon Track Club Elite under coach Mark Rowland. He went on to represent Great Britain at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, as well as at the World Championships, European Championships, and Commonwealth Games. Since transitioning into athlete representation, Tom has worked closely with athletes, coaches, sponsors, and event organizers, applying the same discipline and strategic mindset that defined his competitive career. Based in Los Angeles, he plays a key role in ESMM’s international athlete development initiatives, including projects focused on expanding training infrastructure in East Africa.

Tom is a World Athletics Authorized Athlete Representative, licensed by USATF, and a member of the Association of Athletics Managers (AAM).
