Profile: In her short running career at the International level, Firehiwot found herself sitting at the podium in every event she competed in. In Casablanca, she was the Women's Champion for the 10k and in her Marathon debut, she placed 2nd in Kosice; only then to go on and become the Rome Marathon Champion. With all that being said, Firehiwot is a tremendous talent and runs with great passion and great ability. Firehiwot will continue on the path to victory and will work to establish herself as one of the best female Marathoners in the world.
